A Great budget room, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable

A No bottled water, noisy at times, slow food service

The hotel was in a great location, easy to reach to the venue by taxi. We were offered budget double room complete with the garden.

The breakfast had a good choice of selection, the food was amazing. The location was absolutely perfect and incredible, close to shops and bars, and the room was big. Plus, it was not far from the restaurant, a beautiful garden and belfast city centre;))

A cozy stay with good food

The garden access was a lovely surprise. The made-to-order breakfast was good, offering high-quality presentations and locally sourced options.

A neighboring party turned the peaceful atmosphere upside down with loud noise. Some rooms might pick up road noise, which could disrupt a tranquil evening.

The family room offered a nice view of the garden. The atmosphere was marred by excessive noise from a nearby party, made relaxing difficult. The decor needs an update, as we encountered issues with the blinds and water leakage in the bathroom. While breakfast featured popular options like American pancakes, the overall experience was impacted by these maintenance failures.

Some rooms suffer from noise disturbances from the main road!!! The cleanliness in our room was subpar, with dust and cobwebs that clearly indicated a lack of attention to detail!!! It could really use a refresh!!!

Enjoyable garden views from the family room and a private decking area outside the room create a pleasant setting for relaxation.

The room had an unpleasant odor likely from the bathroom, which wasn't alleviated by air fresheners. A birthday party next door turned the peace into chaos, with loud music and guests frequently passing by the decking area. The room's cleanliness left much to be desired with dust and hair clearly visible, diminishing any comfort.

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered lovely views of the surrounding garden. The vegetarian breakfast was plentiful with excellent choices, made mornings special.

The family room was spacious and cozy, and the location is just a stone's throw from a beautiful sandy beach. The staff stood out with their friendliness and helpfulness, especially when they allowed us to keep our room longer on the day we left, a huge plus.

It was just a strong match for strolling around in Kircubbin with extraordinarily good value for money. The family room offered lovely views of the garden, which really enhanced our stay. Consider bringing your own toiletries for a more comfortable experience.

The family room was cozy with comfortable beds. I particularly appreciated the lovely views of the surrounding garden. The staff were friendly, accommodating our request to keep our room later on departure day.

Loved the beautiful garden and the superb restaurant with amazing vegan options.

The food was fantastic, and I loved the vegan nut roast. It was packed with flavor! You can unwind with a lovely vegetarian breakfast or enjoy the cozy atmosphere in your comfy room. Just a heads up, some of the rooms might pick up a bit of noise from the main road, but it didn't take away from my great experience. 😊

Delicious food and helpful staff

The restaurant offered an excellent selection of local dishes cooked to perfection, and the staff went out of their way to. The decor and ambiance were nice, but the room we stayed in could've used a good deep clean.
